Centers of Excellence

It’s not a building or street address, it’s a philosophy. A Center of Excellence (COE) is something of value, something we focus on, rally around, and commit to. At CTS, our COEs are specific areas of expertise where our best talent gathers together and focuses their effort on a specific idea. These COE’s include:
