Experience:

5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or 2005

Prefer a Microsoft Certification (MCDBA, MCITP: Database Developer, or MCITP: Database Administrator)

Skills:

Intimate knowledge of database structure, Database and query optimization experience, DTS/SSIS experience required. Must be able to create maintenance plans to backup database files and transaction logs and perform proactive measures to ensure database responsiveness. Able to develop stored procedures and functions (both T-SQL and CLR) and be able to design a database to support business processes. Exposure to C# preferable, Exposure to Analysis Services/ SSAS a plus, and Exposure to SSRS required.
