Approach
Once the client’s technology concerns are established, CTS will work to analyze the opportunities in client interviews to determine the future business needs. The business needs are used to identify gaps in technology between what currently exists and future needs. We also build a plan for recommendations and strategies for the implementation of any future technologies. The final step is to create the actual plan that CTS presents to the client to follow.
