Approach

An Infrastructure Assessment involves a complete evaluation of everything IT related for your company.  CTS will come in and complete an inventory of the hardware and software components of the current infrastructure, identify components of current phone system, and document and model current network, internet and phone connectivity. In doing all of these things CTS will assess the business and technology risks associated with your current infrastructure in regards to virus/malware, SPAM, software license compliance, disaster recovery, physical and data security, document storage and destruction, remote access, and network and wireless security.

Once this initial evaluation is complete CTS will identify existing hardware, software and support the vendor relationship if requested. We will also identify any existing software assurance agreements.

CTS will document current infrastructure procurement process and document configuration process for temporary locations.  Once we have completed all of these steps CTS will present to you an Infrastructure Assessment Report.
