Requirements Engineering
Whenever CTS begins a new project or works towards a solution to a client’s IT problem, we gather requirements and then propose and implement a flexible, cost-efficient solution.
Approach
CTS approaches each new IT dilemma with a meeting with the stakeholders of the engagement. During this meeting, we identify the goals and objectives of the engagement. Additionally we discuss stakeholders, stakeholder benefits, risks, and critical success factors for the engagement. We develop the Engagement Charter based on the information gathered in this meeting.
After the initial meeting, the CTS team holds numerous requirements engineering meetings to determine exactly what is needed to solve the issue.
CTS Value
At CTS we believe that it is always better to approach an issue with a clear understanding of what is involved. This is why we begin every project with a Requirements Engineering phase to determine the factors facing the issue and to determine the best possible solution to the problem. This cuts down on the cost of experimenting with multiple solutions to solve each problem.
