Application Support
What do you do when you have a legacy application that you need changes and support for, but have no one to do them? CTS will develop a Statement of Work and strategy to detail the level of support, maintenance, and management necessary to sustain your applications.
CTS will begin each engagement with a series of interviews with key client stakeholders within the IT business unit. The discussions during these sessions will focus on identifying the functional areas and business needs, hardware and software infrastructure, current support and release processes, current Quality Assurance and audit/compliance processes, current issues and release roadmap, current tools used throughout the support and release lifecycles, and any opportunities for improvement.
CTS uses the information ascertained from the client interviews to map the vision and objectives for the current processes. Once CTS completes mapping the existing processes, the opportunities identified in the client interviews are analyzed to determine the future business needs of the business unit. These business needs are used to develop the process specification for the legacy application, technical support, release management, and implementation.
CTS fills this void by acting as an extension of your IT staff. CTS will take over the 3rd tier support and release management of the application. In doing this CTS frees up your internal IT staff to focus on other issues.
