PRISM Web integrates with other key systems including turbine generational data allowing for the scheduling and calculation of payments for a variety of factors and frequencies commonly found in Wind Energy Projects.  A reminder system tracks the expiration of key documents such as leases and permits, notifying the user of impending deadlines before they occur. PRISM Web is a web based solution that is easy to distribute, manage and access across your enterprise.

PRISM Web™ Functionality

PRISM Web™ functionality mirrors the lifecycle of a wind energy project with development, construction, and operations workflows. Solution functionality is divided into three categories, attribute data entry, payment calculation, distribution and information retrieval. Attribute data entry is the process of entering land and attribute information and scanning copies of associated documents. A scanner captures an image of each document and stores it on the server. For each document, there are over thirty-five associated data fields that are entered that describe the attributes of that particular document. The system maintains interfaces to receive production and sales data and send payment data.  The system incorporates the production and sales data to calculate pre-construction, construction, and operations payments. The payment rules engine allows for predefined and ad-hoc payments and requires authorization before the payments are submitted to the accounts payable system.

PRISM Web contains a high performance query engine that allows users to quickly search the entire property database using terms they can easily understand. In addition to the ad hoc query engine, there are a number of predefined queries that are built into the system such as:
