This statewide survey and awards program identifies, recognizes, and honors the best places of employment in Alabama, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce, and businesses. The 2011 Best Companies to Work for in Alabama list is comprised of 14 companies, including CTS, Inc.

(CTS) NO. 3,334 on its sixth annual Inc. 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. CTS, a leader in providing technology consulting services, achieved a three-year sales growth of 58%. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America’s independent entrepreneurs. Unified Payments tops this year’s list. CTS joins Yelp, yogurt maker Chobani, Giftcards.com, KIND, and famed hat maker Tilly’s, among other prominent brands featured on this year’s list.
Computer Technology Solutions (CTS) was recognized as one of Atlanta’s "101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" for the year 2012 by the National Association for Business Resources. The awards ceremony included distinguished guests Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed and Monica Pearson of Atlanta's ABC television affiliate, WSB TV Channel 2.
The award honors companies that offer quality human resources initiatives. An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement, and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection, and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; and Strategic Company Performance.
Each year, the Atlanta Business Chronicle partners with Quantum Market Research Group to survey the city’s employers in search of Atlanta’s Best Places to Work. The ranking is based on company data and employee survey responses. For the 2011 awards, readers nominated over 600 companies. In order to qualify for the award, at least 85 percent of the CTS team had to submit a survey response. Based on the resoundingly positive rankings from employees, the company was named a finalist in the small business category and among the top 100 best places to work in the Atlanta metro area.
The UGA Alumni Association honored CTS on January 21, when they announced the rankings of the 2012 Bulldog 100: Fastest Growing Bulldog Businesses at a celebration in Atlanta.
