CTS Hosts Application Lifecycle Management Lunch Seminar
Birmingham, AL – February 8, 2012 – Computer Technology Solutions, Inc. (CTS), a leader in providing technology consulting services, announces an upcoming Seminar featuring Application Lifecycle Management. CTS will host the seminar at 11:00am on February 16 at the Hilton Charlotte City Center located at 222 East Third Street, Charlotte, NC 28202.
The presentation and discussion will include Application Lifecycle Management, Software Quality Programs, and Microsoft’s Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server applications. CTS is presenting a seminar that will provide attendees with a solid migration roadmap and explore methods to maximize the success of their SharePoint update projects. In addition to the seminar, Microsoft and CTS are offering a limited number of half-day engagements to seminar attendees. CTS Application Integration Center of Excellence Leader, Craig Butler, will lead the seminar. During the seminar, Craig will discuss key engineering and quality principles and illustrate how TFS aids in increased efficiency and reduced software development costs. Craig will also discuss the evolutionary process of software development.

In addition to serving as the Application Integration Center of Excellence Leader at CTS, Craig is an Architect responsible for planning, designing, developing, and deploying enterprise integration/business process management solutions. Craig has extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise software in a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Energy and Utilities, and Retail/Distribution. He is experienced in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from scoping and requirements gathering to implementation, deployment, and commercialization. He is also experienced in design, development, and support for enterprise integration and business process management applications.
Craig is a member of the Microsoft Virtual Technology Specialist team. This affiliation provides him will direct access to the BizTalk Server product team and access to internal Microsoft resources. He participates in customer education sessions, speaking engagements, architecture design sessions, proofs of concept, and leads classroom training.
Craig possesses a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama in Management Information Systems and a minor in Computer Science.
