CTS EM-PACT™ CQD Finalist for TAG Excalibur Award

Computer Technology Solutions, Inc. (CTS), a leader in providing world-class technology services, announces that its EM-PACT ™ Contractor Qualification Database (CQD) was nominated as a Technology Association of Georgia’s Excalibur award finalist. The award recognizes companies throughout Georgia that are “tech-enabled” and reliant on technology to excel in their respective business space. Southern Company was a finalist in the Large Organization Category for demonstrating EM-PACT’s high Return on Investment (ROI) and creativity in solving the complex problem of managing contractor qualifications and training required for servicing power generation plants.

About EM-PACT ™ CQD
EM-PACT ™ CQD is a web application designed to track and manage contractor qualifications and training for maintenance of power generation plants. The application maintains facility and task-specific training recommendations and compares those recommendations against candidate experience and qualifications, allowing users to identify and correct training and experience gaps. Using this system, Southern Company is able to ensure that their contractors are properly qualified and trained for the service or maintenance task at hand.
