Give Back

Part of our mission is to give back to our local communities. We give every full time employee 40 hours per year to use towards local community service. You can do a service project as a team with other employees or do something on your own to impact the local community. CTS organizes events related to local STEM initiatives, but you can also serve other organizations that are particularly meaningful to you, all without having to use your vacation time!




CTS offers multiple methods of training year-round. We provide classroom
training and self-study materials to help you meet your prerequisites for
promotion, and we sponsor certifications in applicable technologies at each
stage in your career. Not only do we pay for the certification exams, we pay
for the resources to help you study and give you a bonus once you’re
certified! You are also encouraged to attend external training courses and
participate in industry-specific conferences and events.


Our Culture

We are a team, regardless of office location or work site. You might work at
the client site for certain projects, but you’ll come back to CTS at least once
a month for our Fun Team events. We’ve done everything from zip lining to
Six Flags, but everyone’s favorite event is our annual Geekathlon. That’s
when our employees across all offices come together to play games, win
great prizes, and see old friends.

You also have the opportunity to participate in various sports teams at CTS.
We dominate in softball, have some of the fastest runners in the Southeast,
and our soccer team is led by a former collegiate athlete. We’ve even
done our fair share of mud races. If we don’t already have a team together
for your sport of choice, just ask around! We always have people willing to
try something new.

Aside from fun team events and sports teams, we provide you with free
snacks, sodas, coffee, and tea to keep you going throughout the day
along with games in every break room when you need to take your mind
off work for a few minutes.



Continuous improvement is part of our culture, and feedback is critical to improvement and growth. In addition to periodic Checkpoints with your Technical Lead and Project Manager, you will have an Annual Planning Meeting to discuss your career goals and set a plan for the future. These meetings provide a venue for you to discuss your achievements and needs and provide your leaders with an avenue for giving you valuable feedback.
